Control System

Blade Process

1、Control System
Adopt three point control mode, that is，by control bar on both rear sides and in-cab deviceto control the drum easily and conve-niently.
The power take-off drives the power of the engine through the small drive shaft to drive the hydraulic motor of the hydraulic pump to rotate, and drives the mixing drum to rotate through the reducer. On the way to transport concrete, it is necessary to keep the stirring tank rotating at a low speed of 1-3 revolutions per minute to ensure the homogeneity of the concrete and prevent the segregation of concrete,which is called agitation (commonly known as stirring).
When the concrete mixer truck is installed, the stirring tank rotates at a speed of 6-10 rpm. The concrete enters the mixing drum from the nozzle through the charging system and flows to the middle and lower part of the mixing drum under the guidance of the spiral blade. Note: The direction of rotation of the tank should be consistent during loading and during transportation, otherwise the concrete will be discharged during transportation.
When the concrete mixer truck is unloading, the engine transmits the power to the concrete mixer truck through the power take-off, hydraulic pump, reducer, etc., and drives the tank to rotate at a speed of 3-14 rpm. The concrete is pushed by the spiral motion of the blade. Move in the direction of the nozzle and discharge through the unloading hopper of the mixer. At this time, the direction of rotation of the can body is opposite to the direction of feeding.
The water tank is pressurized by the air reservoir of the brake system, and the water flows through a pressurized cleaning tank system, a charging port, a discharge system, and the like.
