How does the tank truck work?

1. In order to ensure the cleanliness of the tanker, the tank and the oil delivery system should be cleaned regularly, and the internal and external joints at both ends of the oil delivery hose should be frequently coated with lubricating oil, so that the tanker is easy to disassemble and assemble. After each work, the tubing should be cleaned in time to ensure that the tubing is clean;

2. The use and maintenance of the oil pump of the oil tanker shall be carried out in strict accordance with its operation and maintenance manual;

3. Before refueling operations, you must use a power pole to insert into the damp ground, the tank truck grounding tape should be grounded, and the static electricity should be maintained during the operation;

Working principle of tank truck

In order to ensure that the pressure in the tank is basically the same as the atmospheric pressure during the working process of the tanker, a breathing valve is installed on the large cover of the large tank. When the oil in the tank is heated to expand or when the oil pump is used to refuel the tank, the oil level in the tank rises. The pressure increases. When the pressure in the tank is higher than the external pressure by 8KPa, the upper valve plate of the breathing valve opens; when the oil is discharged from the oil pump or the oil is cold contracted, the oil level drops and the pressure decreases. When the pressure in the tank is lower than the outside pressure 3kpa, account opening under the breathing valve.

Oil pump operation

1. Start: Connect the relevant pipelines, start the engine. When the main reading of the original car pressure gauge reaches 0.3Pa, step on the clutch pedal, turn on the power take-off box control switch, and put it into gear. Through the throttle controller, the working speed of the oil pump can be controlled.

2. Stop: Push the throttle controller to the minimum, depress the clutch pedal, return the power take-off control plate to the original position, and make the power take-off box out of gear.
